It has fresh peach and starfruit notes that are backed by a light fennel edge with a bright finish and just a hint of oak. Grapes are sourced from Zarpara Vineyard of the Willcox Bench, Willcox AVA Only 70 cases produced Drinking well now through 2021 ﷯2014 Cerca Bottle $80 The Italian word Cerca means Seeking. Salvatore Vineyards is seeking to develop our best Aglianico based blend. 2014 marks our inaugural vintage of Cerca - 44% Aglianico, 44% Sayrah, 12% Merlot which exudes notes of anise, tar, and coffee intermingled with dark fruit. Aged for 24 months is French Oak. Grapes are sourced from Dragoon Vineyard, Willcox AVA and Fort Bowie Vineyard Only 55 cases produced Drinking well now through 2026 ﷯ ﷯2015 ROSELLA Silver Medal - 2017 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition Our 2015 Rosella is 100% Sangiovese and was harvested early to preserve the natural acidty. Stawberry aromas and flavors dominate this bright rose colored wine. This dry rosé pairs perfectly with either shell fish or hearty cheeses. Bottle $29 Cellar Club $23 ﷯2014 DAY TRIPPER 55% Grenache and 45% Cabernet Sauvignon. Our 2014 Day Tripper has silky tannins carrying shiso leaf, tea, blood orange and incense notes along through the elegant finish. Aged for 24 months in French Oak. Bottle $29 Cellar Club $23 ﷯2014 NEBBIOLO Our 2014 Nebbiolo is a medium bodied red showing roses and perfume on the nose with food friendly acidity on the palate. Aged for 24 months in French Oak. Bottle $39 Cellar Club $31 ﷯2014 AGLIANICO Our 2014 Aglianico is a full-bodied tannic red with dark fruit notes on the nose and expressive flavors of black cherry, coffee, tar, and licorice. Aged for 24 months in French Oak. Bottle $49 Cellar Club $39 ﷯ ﷯2014 JEROME WHITE This is our 3rd bottling of Jerome White. This year’s blend is 95% Chenin Blanc and 5% Sauvignon Blanc. Bottle $25 Cellar Club $20 ﷯2014 LA NEVE Silver Medal - 2017 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition Our 2015 La Neve (Italian for Snow) is 85% Grenache Blanc, 12.5% Malvasia Bianca, and 2.5% Viognier. It exhibits green apple, herb and minerality, along with floral scents and refreshing acidity. This wine is a perfect match for shellfish and of course, the famous dish of southern France, bouillabaisse. Bottle $25 Cellar Club $20 ﷯2013 HELL’S HALF ACRE People’s Choice Award Winner, AJ' Fine Foods This Viognier dominant blend exudes a spiced floral bouquet with a soft, full-bodied mouth-feel. On the palate: dried apricots, peaches, pears, and honey. Bottle $19 Cellar Club $15 ﷯2015 SAUVIGNON BLANC Silver Medal - 2017 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition The 2015 Sauvignon Blanc was fermented and aged in stainless steel. While preserving the citrus flavors common in sauvignon blanc this vintage is showing a layer of lemon cream and pineapple on the finish. Bottle $29 Cellar Club $23 ﷯2015 MALVASIA BIANCA Our 2015 Malvasia Bianca opens with a fragrant tropical nose that finishes with notes of hibiscus and pineapple on the palate.
