Our Winery

In the summer of 2013 we established our winery, Passion Cellars at Salvatore Vineyards in beautiful Willcox, Arizona. Finalizing our purchase in the mid-summer left us scrambling to get ready for our first crush. The crush is the process of taking the freshly harvested grapes and starting them on the journey to become wine. After purchasing grapes from our neighbor vineyards in Willcox, we were off and running. Our tasting room is located right in the winery with a view into the barrel room. Here at the winery all of our wines are available for sampling and purchase.
